Why hasn’t ECU seen the writing on the wall that if they don’t massively improve sports facilities (indoor practice facilities etc.) that they will NEVER get into the future G5 expansion conversation? Can you please write an article or comment on this subject.

Coach Overton will always have a special place with ECU baseball fans. I also grew up in Ahoskie, NC and we all are very proud of his accomplishments and what he means to the ECU family.

So very thankful for the amazing coaches that we have in Pirate Nation right now. In particular, Godwin and Houston. Classy men who do things the right way. I hope all in Pirate land will let these fellas know how much we appreciated them and what they are both building in G'Vegas. Love to see them here for a long long time.
Exciting times for Pirates. It's fun to watch the boys of summer and now, genuinely looking forward to the fall again. Also Looking to see the BB Pirates get on track and be a competitor on tobacco road.

Great performance from Merritt Beeker, he could potentially be a real key down the stretch and into post season play. He was very highly recruited and was one of the best pitchers in NC high school last year. I am a bit surprised he has not played a bigger role with more innings to date.
Now that our RPI is #35, as long as we finish strong with these last 7 games at home we are likely in line for an at large bid even if we do not win the Conference tournament. No host this year but the team has battled through a lot of adversity and is coming on strong down the stretch run.

Coach yanks guys like it's going out of style; he must've had no arms left, because normally I'd have expected him to pull Grosz after 2 consecutive hits to start the 9th (including an extra bagger and a run), never mind 3 in a row; wow.
