Tulsa’s veteran play by play announcer, Bruce Howard, recently joined Bubba Rosenbaum to look ahead to the debut season of new Golden Hurricane head coach Kevin Wilson. Howard also discussed his friendship with the late Jeff Charles, East Carolina’s longtime “Voice.” The Pirates will host Tulsa in the regular season finale on Friday, Nov 24, or Saturday, Nov. 25.
