The rain that caused flooding problems in North Carolina on Thursday has not impacted the forecast as East Carolina visits Cincinnati tonight for a 7:30 p.m. kickoff. The temperature is expected to be 45 degrees at the outset with 57 percent humidity and wind from the north-northwest at six miles per hour. By game’s end the mercury will drop to the upper 30s with the humidity increasing to 67 percent. The wind will diminish to three miles per hour out of the north-northwest. There is a zero percent chance of precipitation throughout the American Athletic Conference contest.
