When East Carolina's fall football
camp opens, answers will start falling into place regarding each
player's place in the pecking order at his position. The competition
will be fierce as players jockey for depth chart supremacy heading
into the season opener.
Last week, we wrote about the battles
that will be joined within the Pirates' offensive unit. This week, we'll
provide an overview of the position-by-position skirmishes that will be
waged on the defensive side of the ball.
