With East Carolina's fall football
camp fast approaching, the Pirates have been working hard in Camp
Connors. Those who were banged up are back to 100 percent or closing in
and the newcomers are integrating into the university and the program.
Meanwhile, the lull until opening day
is maddening for ECU fans. Summer is great, but once we are upon August, you
want to hit the fast forward button and just get to it already.
With a lot of spring camp work under the Pirates'
belts and a summer depth chart in hand, what should we look forward to in
the fall? Based on interviews after the spring and in the summer, it's time
for Bonesville to present a makeshift camp primer — a graphical narrative if
you will — of the Camp Battles that will be joined in August.
We’ll take a look at the offensive jousting first
and then turn attention in coming days to the wars that will be waged on the
defensive side of the ball.

Camp Battles: Offense" in a new window.
