OFFENSE: Middle Tennessee's Reggie Whatley earned
offensive honors. The junior reserve tailback racked up
a career-best 154 rushing yards with three touchdowns on
just 10 carries in a 42-35 win over Florida Atlantic. |
DEFENSE: Blue Raiders senior defensive end Dearco
Nolan was recognized for his defensive play after
recording four tackles, a career-high three sacks and
forcing two fumbles in the victory over the Owls. |
SPECIAL TEAMS: North Texas junior kick
returner Brelan Chancellor garnered the special teams
award. His 99-yard kickoff return for a TD kept the Mean
Green within striking distance in a loss at Georgia. |
