NOTABLE WEEK 12 PERFORMANCES

Katin Houser, QB, East Carolina

Completed 23-of-34 passes for 332 yards and the game-winning touchdown in the 31-27 win over Memphis.

Byrum Brown, QB, South Florida

Went 23-of-32 passing for 327 yards and two touchdowns in the air, while also notching 17 carries for 136 yards and two rushing touchdowns in the 41-38 loss to Navy.

Owen McCown, QB, UTSA

Completed 24-of-37 passes for 306 yards and two touchdowns with a rushing touchdown as well in the 28-7 win over Charlotte.

Drew Mestemaker, QB, North Texas

Completed 18-of-25 passes for 298 yards and two touchdowns in the 53-24 win over UAB.

Jake Retzlaff, QB, Tulane

18-of-27 for 241 yards and two passing touchdowns, while also recording a rushing touchdown in a 35-24 win over Florida Atlantic.

Brendon Lewis, QB, Memphis

Completed 32-of-43 passes for 209 yards and a touchdown and also carried the ball 12 times for 61 yards and a score in the 31-27 loss to East Carolina.

Caden Veltkamp, QB, Florida Atlantic

39-of-57 passing for 275 yards with two touchdowns and three interceptions in a 35-24 loss to Tulane.

Caleb Hawkins, RB, North Texas

Became the second player in the nation this season to record five rushing touchdowns – including the first four scores of the game – with 27 carries for 189 yards in the Mean Green’s 53-24 win over UAB.

Will Henderson, RB, UTSA

Carried the ball 19 times for 185 yards and a 59-yard touchdown in the 28-7 win over Charlotte.

Dominic Richardson, RB, Tulsa

Had 27 carries for 166 yards and a score in the 31-14 win over Oregon State.

Jevon Jackson, RB, UAB

Carried the ball 16 times for 159 yards in the 53-24 loss to North Texas.

Alex Tecza, RB, Navy

Had 12 carries for 126 yards and a 76-yard touchdown, as well as a 14-yard touchdown reception in the 41-38 win over South Florida.

Braxton Woodson, RB, Navy

Ran for 103 yards on only nine carries with scores of 20 and 64 yards in the 41-38 win over South Florida.

Wyatt Young, WR, North Texas

Caught eight passes for 143 yards and a 7-yard touchdown in the 53-24 win over UAB.

Zion Wilson, DL, East Carolina

Had two sacks in his five tackles in the 31-27 win over Memphis.

Will Jones II, S, North Texas

Had two interceptions in the 53-24 win over UAB.

Phillip Hamilton, CB, Navy

Forced a fumble and had a 27-yard interception return to go with his seven tackles in the 41-38 win over South Florida.

Mac Harris, LB, South Florida

Had 15 tackles and a 5-yard fumble recovery and return in the 41-38 loss to Navy.

Nick Mazzie, K, East Carolina

Made a 49-yard field goal with 2:19 remaining in the first half in the 31-27 win over Memphis.

Derrick Eley, RS, Charlotte

Had an 88-yard kickoff return for a touchdown in the 28-7 loss to UTSA.
