Join Al Myatt and Kevin Monroe for the Bonesville Pregame Show as they preview East Carolina’s American Conference game with a formidable Memphis team. They discuss the Saturday matchup at Dowdy-Ficklen Stadium (4:00 p.m., ESPNU) in which both programs will be jostling for positioning in the league standings and in the bowl pecking order.

The Pirates, led by Blake Harrell, enter the game 4-1 in the conference, 6-3 overall. The Tigers, under sixth-year coach Ryan Silverfield, are 4-2, 8-2. ECU leads the series 16-8 and prevailed in the most recent clash, 47-45, in 2022.

Myatt and Monroe analyze the Pirates and their opponent ahead of kickoff each week. Seasoned by five decades of experience as a sports journalist, Myatt has been an anchor columnist for Bonesville since the site’s founding in 2001.
