As East Carolina coach Blake Harrell said earlier in the week, “Football weather.” As the Pirates host Tulsa on Thursday night, the temperature is expected to be 57 degrees at the 7:30 p.m. kickoff with 47 percent humidity and winds from the north at nine miles per hour. As the American Conference contest continues to its conclusion, the mercury will drop to 50 degrees, humidity will increase to 65 percent and the wind will diminish to five mph from the north. The outlook is calling for clear skies and no rain throughout the night.
