The forecast is calling for a temperature of 51 degrees when East Carolina visits Cincinnati for an 8 p.m. kickoff tonight, but it will feel cooler (46 degrees) due to a northwest wind at 14 miles per hour. The humidity will be 81 percent with an eight percent chance of rain. As the American Athletic Conference contest proceeds to its conclusion, the mercury will drop to 46 degrees with a heat index of 40 degrees. The humidity will decrease to 72 percent, the chance of rain will increase to 15 percent and the wind will diminish to 12 miles per hour but remain out of the northwest.
