It looks like it will be a good day for tailgating and football as East Carolina opens American Athletic Conference play at home against Tulane today at 3:30.p.m. The temperature at kickoff is expected to be 80 degrees with clear skies, 57 percent humidity and wind from the southwest at five miles per hour. Conditions will remain clear over the course of the contest with the temperature dropping to 73 degrees with 64 percent humidity by game’s end. The breeze is expected to shift with south wind at six miles per hour in the forecast at 7 p.m. There is a zero percent chance of rain throughout the afternoon and evening.
