East Carolina plays its second home game of the 2019 season tonight against William & Mary and it looks like a favorable evening for football. Conditions for the 6 p.m. kickoff include clear skies, 77 degrees, 57 percent humidity, a zero percent chance of precipitation and wind from the south at three miles per hour. By the end of the nonconference contest, the temperature is expected to drop to 66 degrees with humidity rising to 73 percent. Skies will remain clear and the wind is expected to stay at three miles per hour from the south.
