It’s not always sunny in Philadelphia despite the name of the television show. The forecast was calling for mostly cloudy skies for today’s noon kickoff as East Carolina visits Temple. The temperature is expected to be 67 degrees at the outset of the American Athletic Conference contest with 79 percent humidity, a zero chance of precipitation and wind from the southeast at five miles per hour. The temperature will increase to 70 degrees as the sun emerges by game’s end with humidity dropping to 73 percent. There is a slight chance of a shower, according to the outlook, as wind remains five miles per hour from the southeast.
