East Carolina will encounter the coolest conditions of its season as the Pirates host Tulane at 7 p.m. tonight. The temperature is expected to be 40 degrees at kickoff with 76 percent humidity and winds out of the North-Northeast at seven miles per hour with clear skies. There will not be much change during the American Athletic Conference contest as the temperature is expected to be 39 degrees at the final firing of the cannon at Dowdy-Ficklen Stadium with humidity remaining at 76 percent. Winds will drop only slightly to six miles per hour out of the North-Northeast. There is no chance of rain tonight.
