Conditions will be changing during the course of the game today as East Carolina hosts Navy for a 4 p.m. kickoff. The forecast is calling for 70 degrees and partly cloudy skies at kickoff with 40 percent humidity and west winds at 16 miles per hour. There is a zero percent chance of precipitation at the outset but that will increase to 20 percent in the second half. As the American Athletic Conference contest progresses, the temperature will drop into the low 50s, humidity will increase to 70 percent under mostly clear skies and winds will shift to the northwest at 10 miles per hour.
