Conditions for East Carolina’s 8 p.m. kickoff at Tulsa tonight will be 53 degrees under clear skies with 69 percent humidity and southeast winds at three miles per hour. There is a zero chance of precipitation for the American Athletic Conference contest according to the forecast. The temperature is expected to drop into the upper 40s by the end of the game and humidity will increase to 80 percent. Southeast winds are projected to continue at three miles per hour.
