The forecast is calling for 86 degrees at kickoff as East Carolina hosts N.C. State at noon today. The outlook is for 59 percent humidity at the outset with winds south-southwest at 10 miles per hour. The temperature is projected to increase to 90 and the humidity will drop to 50 percent during the course of the nonconference rivalry with winds shifting to the south and remaining around 10 mph.
