To display a custom avatar with your comments, either sign in with one of the indicated social media profiles (Google, Facebook, or Twitter) and it will pull the avatar you use on that site, or go to Gravatar.com and set your own custom avatar that can be used all around the web. Just make sure you use the same email address that you are using when you post your comment so the avatars will link up.

onI did not find this new format reader friendly. Maybe it is me but I could not pull up the websites (httb...etc) for additional information on the articles referenced.

onMy hope is we are not only more disciplined but are more physical on both lines. With our backs we should get 2-3 yards when needed.
