A preliminary schedule of games set for national telecast this fall — including starting times and designated channels — has been published on ESPN.com. East Carolina will be a frequent presence on the tube in the season's early going.

Three East Carolina games are in the September lineups of ESPN and ESPN2 and it is possible that one or more other contests involving the Pirates could be among games added in subsequent months as the two channels fill out their regular season college football time slots.

ECU's game at Cincinnati on Sept. 1 (Labor Day) is set for noon on ESPN, while the Pirates' visit to Miami on Saturday, Sept. 13, is scheduled for the 7 p.m. primetime slot on ESPN2. East Carolina will host Houston on Tuesday, Sept. 30, in a 7:30 p.m. clash on ESPN2.

The schedule below is tentative as of Jul. 10, 2003, and lists all currently-slated ESPN or ESPN2 regular season and bowl games involving Conference USA schools as published by ESPN.com.
