Wet Weather Shelves Final Innings Until Sunday

From ECU Media Relations Reports

Saturday's baseball game at Harrington Field between East Carolina and Central Florida was suspended in the top of the sixth inning because of rain.
The Pirates had a 6-1 lead when the game was stopped. Play will resume at 1 p.m. Sunday, with Sunday's previously scheduled game beginning immediately afterward.
Enough innings were played that the score for the suspended contest will go into the books as official if inclement weather prevents the game from being continued on Sunday.
