DePaul's Coach to Miss Another Game

CHICAGO (AP) � DePaul basketball coach Pat Kennedy will miss his second straight game Saturday because of a bulging disc in his back.

Associate coach Tracy Dildy will again run the team during Saturday's game at Louisville. Kennedy also missed Wednesday's game at East Carolina, won by DePaul 80-58.

Kennedy began cortisone injections Friday, a school spokesman said. Surgery remains a possibility depending on how he responds to treatment.

Kennedy hurt his back Jan. 10 and aggravated it Jan. 16. The Blue Demons are 8-9 this season, Kennedy's fifth at the school.
